These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the DashKing88 platform. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing a wager.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "Member") and DashKing88 ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the website published at dashking88.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interface, subdomain, or software application operated under the DashKing88 brand.
By creating an account, accessing any feature, depositing funds, or placing a wager on DashKing88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Platform.
Age Restriction: DashKing88 is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Participation by any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

| "Wagering Requirement" | The total aggregate wager amount a Member must complete before a Bonus Balance or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification procedures required by DashKing88 prior to processing withdrawals or unlocking full Account functionality. |
| "Prohibited Activities" | Actions expressly forbidden under Section 5 of this Agreement, including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and use of automated systems. |
Registration and use of the DashKing88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:
You must be aged 21 or above at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active. DashKing88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. Persons subject to guardianship orders, insolvency proceedings, or court-imposed restrictions on financial transactions may not use the Platform.
It is the sole responsibility of each Member to determine whether accessing online gaming is lawful in their country or territory of residence. DashKing88 does not represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited should not register.
Each individual may hold only one active DashKing88 Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Persons who have submitted a self-exclusion request to DashKing88 are not permitted to re-register or use the Platform during their exclusion period. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information current throughout the life of your Account. Providing false personal details, including name, date of birth, address, or payment information, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. DashKing88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, notify DashKing88 support immediately at [email protected].
DashKing88 is required to conduct identity verification checks on all Members prior to processing a withdrawal request or at any point where account activity triggers a review. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad / NRIC), a passport, or a driver's licence, together with recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months. KYC reviews are usually completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.
Security reminder: Only upload identity documents through the secure, HTTPS-encrypted Account portal. Never transmit sensitive documents via unverified WhatsApp numbers, third-party agents, or social media channels.
The DashKing88 Platform is provided exclusively for personal entertainment purposes. You may use the Platform only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws. Commercial exploitation of the Platform, including resale of game outcomes, odds data, or streaming content, is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension, Account closure, and potential legal action:
DashKing 88 endeavours to maintain continuous service availability; however, scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. DashKing88 accepts no liability for losses allegedly arising from service interruptions.
DashKing88 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via participating institutions such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT and BTC are supported subject to applicable network confirmation requirements.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless stated otherwise for a specific payment method or promotional offer. DashKing88 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Once approved, most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to a few hours depending on the payment method selected and prevailing bank processing schedules. DashKing88 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines as processing may be affected by the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or regulatory screening requirements.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party payment methods are not permitted. DashKing88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering risk, or policy breaches are suspected.
Account balances are maintained and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Where a deposit is made in a different currency or via cryptocurrency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. DashKing88 does not guarantee fixed exchange rates.
Please note: DashKing88 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network may levy their own fees. Check with your provider before initiating a transaction.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload promotions, birthday rewards, and referal incentives offered by DashKing88 are subject to specific terms published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Incomplete wagering results in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any accumulated winnings derived from it.
DashKing88 actively monitors Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk systematic wagering designed to convert Bonus Balances to Real Money Balances without genuine gaming engagement. Where bonus abuse is identified, DashKing88 reserves the right to void Bonus Balance, remove associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.
Tier-based rewards, including birthday bonuses and VIP programme incentives, are subject to individual tier qualification criteria and applicable bonus terms. Reward amounts indicated on the Platform represent the maximum available at each tier level and are not guaranteed irespective of tier status. DashKing88 reserves the right to amend or discontinue any reward programme with reasonable notice.
Referral bonuses are credited upon a referred friend completing account registration, KYC verification, and a qualifying first deposit that meets the applicable minimum threshold. Self-referrals, referals via fictitious accounts, and any other artificial referral mechanism constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and potential Account suspension.
DashKing88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible participation. Gambling is intended as form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It should never be regarded as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or a solution to personal or financial difficulties.
Members are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their Account settings. Self-exclusion options are available to any Member who feels their gambling is becoming difficult to control. A self-exclusion request should be submitted to DashKing88 support and will be actioned as promptly as reasonably practicable.

All content published on the DashKing88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, audio, video, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of DashKing88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to the Member. Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DashKing88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage.
DashKing88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause shall limit DashKing88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such limitation would be unlawful.
DashKing88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or where suspension is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
DashKing88 may permanently close an Account following investigation of a suspected breach. Upon termination for cause, DashKing88 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned subject to the completion of outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any sums owed to DashKing88.
Members may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting DashKing88 support. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be withdrawn to a verified payment method. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding obligationsowed by the Member to DashKing88.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to DashKing88's operational jurisdiction. Both parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, DashKing88 may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted by a recognised arbitration body, in accordance with its applicable rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, DashKing88 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent ongoing harm or irreparable damage.
DashKing88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of such changes, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
